Shipping policy

All items are made to order with a turnaround time of 2-7 business days and shipping can take an additional 3-7 days in USA.

Items will be shipped USPS once payment is received.

Priority Mail for most shipping. Once the item ships, you will receive an email notification, which includes your tracking number. If it does not, please contact me at help@diannastudio.com or go to our Contact Us page. and I will provide it to you.

IMPORTANT: Customers have a responsibility to provide the correct address. If there is a missing text or an invalid address and the package is returned to me. I will charge the buyer for reshipping.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

USA 2-5 Business Days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories may take an extra 7-12 business days.

CANADA 10-30 Business Days

REST OF WORLD 10-30  Business Days

In addition, please allow 2-3 business days for production as each item is made to order.

Delays Factors such as weather conditions, high order volumes and carrier limitations can affect dellivery times.
